Refund policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, provided they are received by the store in new condition.
New condition items must have original store tag(s) and packaging, and must be unworn. These items may be returned for any reason, excluding major new release items or exclusive drop items.
All returns are subject to management approval and inspection.

Items returned in new condition may be refunded or exchanged for items of equal value.
Refunds, including online orders, will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to be processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, incorrect item).
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns, except in cases where the issue is Puffer Reds’ fault.
In the event of incorrect shipping information on an order, please email orders@pufferreds.com to cancel the order. Then, reorder your items with the correct information.

We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on major new releases or exclusive items (e.g., Jordan Retros, limited-edition drops).
Items returned in a worn or damaged condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Puffer Reds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they leave our premises. Please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim for these issues.
Online pick-up orders must be retrieved within 30 days of the order being ready. Orders not picked up are subject to cancellation and a 25% restocking fee.
Canceled or returned items may incur a 25% restocking fee, depending on the circumstances.
Orders canceled due to suspicion of bot usage or auto-purchasing software may be subject to a service fee.
