HOW DOES PUFFER REDS SHIP THE ITEMS?
We require a minimal 2 day processing period as we operate as a small family owned business. Thank you in advance for being patient with us, please rest assured that we are working around the clock to ship every package as fast as we can.
You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout - we provide you with an estimated delivery date based on your delivery address. You have the following shipping options to choose from:
UPS
- UPS Ground
- UPS Standard
USPS
- First Class Mail
- Priority Mail
Free Same-day Instore Pickup
Call in or purchase online to reserve your items for pickup at our Puffer Reds locations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We process our online orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Our physical locations are open from Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).
- If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple, separate deliveries. You will receive shipping information on each package.
- We share the same inventory between 2 of our brick-and-mortar locations; in general we will fulfill your order within 2 days, however some orders may take a few more days due to the items being delivered to our flagship location from the 2nd location.
