  • Items that are worn or washed may not be refunded.

  • Items that are cancelled due to suspicion of bots or other auto-purchasing software are subject to a service fee (10%).

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges on major new release/ major drop items (YEEZY, Jordan Retro, etc.)
