2-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo hasn't been in the league for a while and so has he been in the country. Unfamiliar with living in Milwaukee, sometimes he had to improvise. During his rookie year, he was running late for practice but wasn't sure how to get a taxi, so he started to run. On his way, a lucky fan recognized him and offered him a ride to the practice facility. This version of the Freak 2 plays a part on this memorable story featuring black/grey dominator colors accented with crimson and gold and a metallic silver swoosh. 

Also, he pays tribute to his family for this shoe. The words, "I am my father's legacy" is printed on the insole for his late father and the names of Giannis and his 4 brothers (Alex, Francis, Thanasis and Kostas) are molded into the outsole.
