RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you plan to return an item please email returns@pufferreds.com with reason, name, address, payment information and order number
Items must be received by the store within 30 days of the purchase date in order to exchange/return them.
Items in new condition may be returned for any reason.
Returned items are subject to management approval and inspection.
Returned items in new condition may be refunded, or exchanged for equal value (excluding shipping costs).
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for items that are returned for an exchange or refund that are in new condition.
If an item is returned worn or damaged, it will be returned to sender.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be distributed via the same payment method used to purchase the returned item.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to be processed.

SHIPPING

RATES AND GENERAL POLICIES
Currently, we are only shipping Nike and Air Jordan products within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, but not including territories. Average Shipping costs range between $7-$11 anywhere in the United States, but are not guaranteed to be in that range.

PACKAGES RETURNED BY CARRIER/PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect address, we will not be responsible for re-shipping the item. Upon the package being returned, we will contact you for the additional re-shipment charges. If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charges, we will issue a refund for the initial purchase. If you do not receive your package for any other reason, please contact us and we will deal with these situations on a case by case basis.

INTERNATIONAL
Please note that PUFFER RED'S will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. PUFFER RED'S is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.

SALES TAX

Customers within the state of Michigan will be charged the current, 6% tax rate on all purchases. Customers outside of the state of Michigan will not be charged sales tax.

Stock

Though PUFFER RED'S makes its greatest effort to keep items in stock, on rare occasions items ordered may be out of stock. If this occurs we will notify you as soon as possible to notify you of the issue and present you with refund or credit options. Most items are not re-stocked, but in the case we will be receiving more of the out of stock item, you will be notified.

Orders

If an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel it at anytime if there is suspicion of fraud, insufficient stock, the failure to authorize credit cards or any other reason.
